Firstly, Welcome to DA!!
From what I understand, you want to post a flash animation to your gallery?
If you log in, and go to your home page (click your name) you should see a link that says "Submit Deviation". Click that, then go to Categories-->Animation and Games-->Flash. After that, you should be able to complete the rest of the submission process with a flash file.
